- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Only one person came to pick up my loved one from my home. Then asked family members to help move the body onto the gurney. They did not embalm my loved one properly and the odor of rot was horrible. The bathroom floor was spongy and the toilet rocked side to side when used.By jamie w., November 26, 2017
